It has been very warm and humid in town over the last few days. Plus Monday was a public holiday - Auckland Anniversery day, It was so nice to have a day off work.
The kids are all away so Deana and I had a 'game' of tennis then a swim at armour bay. It is such a neat swimming spot when the ride is right in.
I had a quick run along Exhibition drive late in the afternoon, it was so humid, I was soaked when I got back to the car. I ran at a good pace, it wasnt my fastest time ever, but close to it, and more importantly I felt Ok at the end.
