A while ago I found a jump rope in the sleep out and have been meaning to add it to my basic 'gym' routine.
My gym routine is quite simple, I have very basic bit of equipment and a recently borrowed punch bag, I do a couple of reps when I remember and I will say it has made a difference to my fitness.
I finally remembered tonight and gave a round of jump rope a go. Man - is it hard, I am reasonably fit, I can run a half marathon (slowly) I can ride a single speed round in circles and have done a couple of endurance rides. I managed about 100 jumps, with 60 being the most I could complete in a set without hitting the ground/my foot etc.
This is going to be a fun new challeng
